Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Runforge ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.

2. What Runforge provides

Runforge is a platform for deploying and operating AI agents. The Platform provides:

• Agent deployment from GitHub repositories
• Managed browser sessions for web automation
• Managed tool connections (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Slack, Salesforce, and others)
• Human-in-the-loop approval workflows
• Run observability and audit trails
• Telegram notifications and controls

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Runforge to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages through connected tools.
• Access third-party accounts without authorization.
• Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service.
• Deploy agents that perform harmful, fraudulent, or abusive actions.
• Attempt to circumvent human approval controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

5. Third-party service connections

When you connect third-party services (Gmail, Slack, etc.) to Runforge:

• You authorize Runforge to access those services on your behalf, limited to the scopes you approve.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those accounts.
• You can disconnect any service at any time from your dashboard.
• Runforge is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues with third-party services.

6. Agent behavior

• You are responsible for the actions your agents take, including emails sent, messages posted, and records created or modified.
• The Platform provides human approval controls — use them for sensitive actions.
• Runforge is not liable for unintended consequences of agent actions that you approved.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and never logged.
• Run data is retained for 90 days.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

8. Pricing and billing

• A free tier is available with usage limits.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Availability

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
• We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Intellectual property

• You own your agent code and data.
• We own the Platform, its design, and underlying technology.
• By publishing an agent on the Runforge marketplace, you grant Runforge a license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

11. Limitation of liability

Runforge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runforge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
